Richard P. Phillips is Weidenhammer’s , Vice President, Compute Solutions. He oversees the overall management of the line of business specializing in Network Infrastructure Solutions, Professional Engineering Consulting, IT Management Consulting, Managed Services, and Cloud IT Solutions. Phillips is a graduate of McCann School of Business and Lehigh Data Institute and a member of the Managed Service Provider University (MSPU). Holding numerous systems certifications with IBM, and manufacturing consulting certifications with MAPICS and APICS, he has earned Sales Professional and Technical Sales Professional certifications with VMware. Under his management, Weidenhammer has received the MVP Award from business partner Ingram Micro representing the Eastern Region of the United States.
Rick Sutton manages the Weidenhammer Consulting Group, the business consulting division of Weidenhammer Systems Corporation. He has 30 years of leadership experience in business management, including 20 years in strategic planning, information technology, operational improvement, project management, and risk management. Rick has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and consulting. He has managed information security and project management offices for both financial service and manufacturing companies. Rick has developed business and IT strategic plans for a variety of companies. He regularly performs technology assessments, developing strategic road maps for companies to improve their IT operations and increase their reliability. Most recently he helped develop the business continuity plan for a regional bank in New Jersey and he developed the IT strategic plan for a distribution consulting firm in Pennsylvania. Rick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He has a degree in Finance from Villanova University and a MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
Kurt Bauder is a Project Manager and Senior Business Consultant with Weidenhammer Systems Corporation. He has over 14 years of Information Technology experience as a Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and IT Consultant with roles in requirements development, project management, software testing, and implementation. His expertise includes requirements elicitation, project planning and control, BI cube analysis, process flow modeling, cost control, project lifecycle, risk management, and quality control. Kurt is an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University teaching business courses to adult learners online. Kurt is a PMP Credential holder and a MCTS in MS Project 2007 and MS Project Server 2007. He has a MBA with a finance concentration from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.
Anthony Cartolaro is a Senior Consultant with the Weidenhammer Consulting Group, a division of Weidenhammer Systems Corporation. He has over 20 years of Information Technology experience as a Project Manager and IT Consultant, not only in the business segment, but also specializing in the education market. He possesses extensive knowledge of project management, software testing, and systems integration and implementation. His expertise includes educational technology for the classroom, including software and hardware, project planning and control, federal and state grant and technology budgeting, educational IT directorship duties, technology planning, mobile device management, 1:1 and BYOD programs, and professional development. Anthony is a member of the International Society for Technology Education, the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group, and other national and international organizations that promote technology in education and effective IT Governance. He also services as a member of the Craft Advisory Board for the Bucks County Technical High School and as a trusted advisor to many other Philadelphia region schools and non-profits. Anthony also has extensive knowledge of the E-rate program. His experience within the E-rate program began during the program’s inception and has included strategic technology planning and program assistance to schools and libraries, as well as delivering E-rate-eligible equipment and services to E-rate recipients.
Mr. Groves is the Manager of Development here at Weidenhammer. He possess over twenty-five years of experience in information systems management consulting covering a broad range of information system technologies and industries. His management consulting experience includes: development of information technology plans, focusing on the use of information technology as a tool for carrying out key business strategies to attain stated business objectives; the performance of detailed business process analysis and documentation, identifying opportunities for process improvements and changes; and the development of marketing plans, focusing on marketing objectives, target markets, market segmentation, and increasing market share through the devising of strategies concerning products/services, pricing, promotion, and distribution. Mr. Groves information system development life cycle experience includes project management, requirements gathering, detailed design, construction, system testing, and production support. Lastly, his packaged software implementation experience includes managing the implementation of a major Enterprise-Resource Planning (ERP) package, SAP. Mr. Groves holds a MBA from Lehigh University and a BS from Albright College in Finance and English.
Mr. Wilson has over 40 years of experience in Information Technology and has been directing multi-million dollar technology projects since 1982. He consults on Strategic Planning, Network architecture, Datacenter design, Help Desk staffing, Call Center design, ERP selection, Process improvement, Organizational structure, Voice deployment, Telephony cost control, Technology roadmaps, Scorecards and KPI metrics. Mr. Wilson leads Data Center Co-Location selection projects at a national level and conducts network security audits of financial institutions. He also performs Sarbanes-Oxley audits and analyzes the technical and financial criteria for vendor selection of a 700 site Wide-Area-Network (MPLS). He has also served as an Expert Witness in a civil suit for an EHR deployment in the medical industry. Wilson’s recent projects include leading clients through ERP requirements definition, process analysis, vendor qualification and ERP vendor selection. He also led a Business Continuity project for an $11 billion dollar bank, as well as a multi-million dollar technology upgrade for the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Wilson possesses a B.A from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Larsen is a Security Consultant within the Weidenhammer Consulting Group, possessing over 25 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and system engineering. She performs comprehensive vulnerability assessments, develops cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and assists with implementing appropriate security controls to minimize security risks for customers.
Kevin Gorski is the Director of Cloud Solutions with Weidenhammer Systems Corporation. With over 16 years’ experience, Kevin is responsible for overseeing data center operations and service desk support for public cloud, private cloud, and colocation services. He is also responsible for reviewing evolving technologies that develop into new solutions and services within Weidenhammer’s portfolio. While Kevin has a vast skill set of IT experience, his greatest goal is for him and his team to continue providing an outstanding customer service experience to clients. At Weidenhammer, Kevin has helped clients migrate large and small scale projects to tightly managed, secure environments. He has also played a large role with integrating applications and systems across disparate networks, and providing modern overlays over top legacy foundations. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Albright College. As a volunteer for youth sports, Kevin loves coaching basketball and soccer in his spare time.
Mr. Foldats is the Microsoft SharePoint Practice Leader at Weidenhammer. He is a dynamic, entrepreneurial technology leader with broad technical, communication, and people skills and a proven ability to establish new lines of business while growing and managing long-term clients. Mr. Foldats specializes in translating complex technical concepts in business terms to line of business and C-level executives. More specifically, he is a software solutions professional experienced with development of proposals, system architecture, application design, and system implementation. His marketing experience includes developing value propositions and packaging, management of channel partner programs, execution of telemarketing and seminar tactics and solution analysis and design. He possesses Wide industry experience including the fields of Casino/Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Financial and Retail. In addition, Mr. Foldats also maintains Software solutions channel sales experience within the area of software sales, including: Microsoft, IBM and various third party / ISV solutions.
Deborah Lerew is a Microsoft SharePoint Consultant with Weidenhammer. She specializes in providing out-of-the box solutions and enjoys designing and customizing sites to meet her clients’ needs. Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the Information technology Industry and has been working as a consultant since 2000, specifically with SharePoint since 2007. She has held a wide-variety of positions, including: SharePoint Consultant, Database Designer, Programmer, Senior Business Analyst, Program Director, Program Operator/ Scheduler and Technical Writer.
John Schleh possess over 6 years of experience working in the cloud hosting industry. John is Weidenhammer’s Sr. Cloud Solutions Consultant. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Weidenhammer clients as it relates to our Hosting and Managed Service offerings. In addition to John’s duties as a Sr. Cloud Solutions Consultant, he is involved with helping to enhance Weidenhammer’s cloud hosting solutions. John also facilitates partnerships with various software vendors, consultants, etc. who are interested in offering cloud hosting services to their clients.
Chris Smith is a Unit Manager within Weidenhammer’s Solution Delivery team that focuses on the architecture, management, development, and support of custom business applications and environments. His main concentration resolves around Microsoft technologies, platforms, and frameworks – such .NET Framework and SQL Server. During the past few years, Mr. Smith has helped establish a Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse practice within the department, allowing Weidenhammer to provide small to large scale reporting and analytical solutions for its clients – including ad-hoc analysis and dashboard offerings. Mr. Smith is a Temple University graduate.
Todd Tew is a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer at Weidenhammer. With just over 25 years’ experience in computer engineering, he is an expert in solution network architecture and design for customers developing the technical solutions for their business needs. Todd holds many associate and professional level certifications in Networking and Design as well as additional specializations in Collaboration and Security technologies.
Amanda Dolan is Weidenhammer’s Manager of Solution Delivery, eCommerce and Mobile Solutions. With over 16 years of IT experience, Ms. Dolan is passionate about finding innovative solutions to solve business problems and driving valuable results. Her true joy comes from providing her clients with the right solution, the one solution that improves their business and way of life. She has a track record for delivering results through hard work, her unique ability to translate between clients and technical teams, obtain alignment and drive recommendations.
Emily is a recent graduate of Lehigh University. She works at Weidenhammer in the Creative division as a project manager and writer.
